Brandon Waugh

Born, raised, and educated in North Carolina, Brandon Waugh has always enjoyed calling this beautiful state home! Graduating from the Honors College at East Carolina University, he is no stranger to hard work and dedication. Initially pursuing a career in Exercise Physiology, he ultimately was introduced to the world of real estate where he found his passion.

Brandon has since founded his own Investment and Acquisition company and built an impressive investment portfolio. He enjoys sharing his expertise with new and experience investors, as well as those looking to buy or sell their personal homes. Brandon understands real estate can be the biggest investments of people’s lives and appreciates his impact to help others prosper in the places they call home.

Dynamic engagement in the community is where Brandon thrives, devoting his time as a head wrestling coach in underserved areas; where he has gained the respect and admiration of wrestlers, parents, and opposing teams alike.
