About Mark Bullard

For the past 20 years, Mark has enjoyed helping clients and guiding them through the process of purchasing and selling real estate. A North Carolina native, Mark’s early years were spent growing up on a family farm, where he learned the important values of hard work, perseverance and self-discipline.

Later, these principles guided him as he followed in his father’s footsteps, serving in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in Communications while stationed at Camp Pendleton, California with a top secret clearance, while working extensively with senior commissioned and non-commissioned officers.  After being promoted and recognized in his unit (MEU) that consisted of 1,300 Marines, he was also an assigned Colonels driver while in Twenty-Nine Palms, California during a six month operation. Completing numerous successful operations abroad, including South America, and the Persian Gulf on-board the USS Mobile out of Long Beach, California.

After the military, he furthered his training by earning a degree at DeVry Institute and worked as a supervisor in the Raleigh/Durham area, while actively pursuing real estate in the Raleigh and Wilmington areas. Working extensively with first time home buyers, investors, and veterans, he has also further expanded his own real estate investments. His clients often state he is “passionate about his work, detail-oriented, proactive and fun to be around.” After almost two decades, his commitment to serving clients as they secure a home remains stronger than ever.

Currently residing in the Myrtle Grove area, Mark enjoys all things the beautiful North Carolina coast has to offer, such as fishing, boating, exercising, or just a day at the beach.  He also enjoys spending his time with family, friends and daughter Isabela, and playing the guitar. Recently recognized for his volunteer work with Brunswick County Schools, Mark particularly enjoys speaking with disadvantaged youth.
