My wife and I just relocated to Raleigh and met Chase Crain at an open house during our first weekend visiting. As anyone who’s buying a home right now knows, it’s not easy to get an accepted offer (especially in Raleigh). She got our offer in quickly and guided us on being competitive while still looking out for our best interests. Additionally, she went out of her way to communicate with the selling agent and do everything possible for us to get the home. Throughout the entire process, we were most impressed with Chase’s communication skills.. I’m not sure 10 minutes ever went by before getting a response to any question or request we had.
