Where do we even begin!? Amber and I purchased [what we thought was] our dream home a little over 7 months ago. We all know life happens and things don’t always go as we hope and plan for. After lots of sweat, tears, and spending money Amber and I decided it was best for us to sell this home we had put SO much effort in to make it all our own. Our biggest worry was losing money by selling so soon. We started off with a familiar realtor that knew/saw the home before we purchased it to what it was like now, the odds of us at least breaking even would be in our favor. After almost a month on the market things once again didn’t go like we had planned. We removed our home from the market and contacted Brooke. From day ONE she was incredible! She made a list of things that we could do to receive the most money for our home, her and her team staged my home, took incredible pictures, and walked us through every thing from beginning to end! I believe after we did a few “improvements” the house was put on the market on a Friday and we received an offer on Monday morning. Closed about 45 days later WITH A PROFIT!
Brooke went above and beyond! I can not thank her enough for how smooth and fast this process was for us.
The biggest thing I want to share is how hands on Brooke was. I was in awe of the hard work she put in herself. There were a few projects that she physically did her self. Labor work, on her own time.
The next time I decide to purchase a home I will with out a doubt be contacted Brooke and her team!!
